How It Works

The Air-Gapped Workflow: Security at Every Step

Five controlled stages, each with a documented handover, from courier intake to certified erasure.

  1. STEP 01

    Secure Intake

    You courier an encrypted drive containing your messy, unstructured documents (PDFs, scans, medical records, legal briefs) to our secure UK facility.

  2. STEP 02

    Decontamination

    Your drive is connected to our offline Staging Station via a forensic write-blocker. We run deep heuristic malware scans and "flatten" all PDFs to strip out any hidden, active code.

  3. STEP 03

    Air-Gapped AI Processing

    The clean data is transferred via internal media to our isolated AI Enclave. Our local LLMs and OCR engines extract, summarise, and format the exact data points you need.

  4. STEP 04

    Encrypted Delivery

    We export the final structured data (JSON, Excel, or Word reports) to a secure drive and courier it back to you alongside your original media.

  5. STEP 05

    Secure Erasure

    Your data is cryptographically erased from our Enclave within 72 hours, in line with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 (cryptographic erase). We retain nothing.
