Physical Isolation. Documented Protocols.
We do not believe in "secure clouds." We believe in physics. If a computer does not have a network card, it cannot be hacked from the outside.
The Air-Gap
Our AI Enclave runs on dedicated, locally hosted hardware with all wireless and wired networking removed or permanently disabled. There is no network interface for an attacker to reach, and no route by which client data can leave electronically.
Forensic Hardware Write-Blocking
Client drives are mounted through dedicated forensic hardware write-blockers during intake. This enforces a physical, one-way data flow, so your original evidence is never altered and the chain of custody is preserved.
Active Content Neutralisation
All incoming PDFs are processed through a staging environment where they are programmatically "flattened." This strips out malicious macros, JavaScript, and tracking pixels before the data ever reaches our AI models.
Location and Vetting
All processing occurs in our access-controlled, UK-based facility. Data never crosses borders.
Standards-Based Cryptographic Erasure
Working copies are erased in line with NIST Special Publication 800-88 Rev. 1 (Guidelines for Media Sanitization) — cryptographic erase, where the encryption keys protecting the data are destroyed so the data is rendered unrecoverable, followed by key-rotation-free verification. Erasure completes within 72 hours of delivery confirmation, and a certificate of erasure is available on request.
Zero-Retention Guarantee
We retain no copy, backup, archive or excerpt of client data after erasure. The guarantee is contractual, set out in clause 10 of our Data Processing Agreement, and every erasure event is logged against the matter's chain-of-custody reference.
